Two-Lane Country Road

In 1997, Dr. Ray Perryman indicated that providing a four lane linkage between Amarillo, Lubbock, and the Odessa-Midland MSA's would create over $4 billion in initial economic impact.

Traffic counts have increased by 40% on this road over the last five years.

The Permian Basin and the Texas Panhandle, 3 of the most dominant MSA's west of Interstate 35, linked by energy, economics, education….and a 2 lane country road.

Texas can do better!
